We had a telepost collapse in our basement on Saturday night at 10 PM. Although in bed the owner came out to our home to guide us and try to resolve the issue. When couldn't be fixed til Monday looked at all teleposts and reassured us with the wood post and jack we had in place that it would be ok til Monday. Spoke to Manager Adrian on Monday who said the crew would be out today by 4 PM. Received call from crew at 1230 saying they would be here at 2pm arriving at exactly 2 and after attempting to save old telepost wasn't successful cut old one off supporting with other post. Installed new one,adjusted other posts and cleaned up finishing in 90 minutes. Highly impressed. Thanks to owner Terry and his crew for his quick response Saturday night and fixing our issue promptly on Monday.
